About the role
You'll craft interfaces for people who live in hospitals, not SaaS demos. Clarity, hierarchy, and trust matter more than visual gimmicks.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end product design for core discharge journeys
- Run lightweight research with clinicians and hospital staff
- Produce high-quality UI systems in Figma and partner closely with eng
- Design empty/error/loading states and accessibility-first patterns
- Help define brand expression that still feels clinical and credible
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years product design for complex B2B or operational software
- Strong portfolio showing systems thinking and interaction craft
- Fluency in Figma and design handoff for modern web stacks
- Ability to simplify dense information without dumbing it down
- Collaborative, feedback-friendly working style
Nice to have
- Healthcare, fintech, or regulated UX experience
- Motion design for purposeful micro-interactions
- Front-end literacy (HTML/CSS/React)
