About the role
You'll ship features that clinicians use daily: draft review UIs, pathway dashboards, and integrations that keep PHI safe. We care about polish, accessibility, and code that stays maintainable under hospital scrutiny.
What you’ll do
- Build and ship web features in React, TypeScript, and TanStack-style full-stack patterns
- Design clean APIs and data models for multi-tenant hospital deployments
- Partner with clinical advisors to turn workflow nuance into product behavior
- Raise the bar on performance, a11y, testing, and observability
- Mentor teammates and review PRs with clarity and kindness
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years building production web apps with TypeScript and React
- Strong sense of UX detail and component architecture
- Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and relational data stores
- Comfort with cloud deploy, CI, and debugging production issues
- Excellent written communication in English
Nice to have
- Healthcare, HIS, or regulated-industry experience
- TanStack Router/Start, Next.js, or similar SSR frameworks
- Exposure to RBAC, audit logs, or multi-tenant SaaS
