About the role
You'll be the clinical conscience of the product: scoring outputs, finding failure modes, and partnering with ML and implementation teams.
What you’ll do
- Review model outputs against specialty and NABH-aligned structure
- Maintain evaluation rubrics and golden datasets with clinicians
- Flag unsafe, incomplete, or inconsistent documentation patterns
- Support pilots with quality coaching for hospital teams
- Feed structured feedback loops into model and product improvements
What we’re looking for
- Clinical documentation, medical transcription, coding, or nursing background
- Strong attention to clinical language and discharge summary structure
- Ability to work systematically with checklists and scorecards
- Comfort giving clear written feedback to engineers and PMs
- High integrity around PHI handling
Nice to have
- ICD coding exposure
- Experience with quality audits or NABH documentation
- Prior work with AI-assisted clinical tools
