About the role
You sit between product and the hospital floor. You'll map discharge workflows, coach doctors and MTs, and turn pilot feedback into crisp product requirements.
What you’ll do
- Lead pilot setup for one specialty/ward and drive Day-7 scorecards
- Train clinicians, transcriptionists, and billing teams on the path
- Capture workflow friction and translate it for engineering/product
- Ensure documentation quality gates match NABH-aligned expectations
- Build reusable playbooks for onboarding and expansion
What we’re looking for
- Clinical, hospital operations, HIM, or health-tech implementation background
- Comfort working with doctors and admins in high-pressure environments
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and follow-through
- Willingness to travel occasionally across South India hospital sites
- Fluent English; Tamil or Hindi a plus
Nice to have
- Prior EHR/HIS rollout or medical transcription leadership
- Familiarity with discharge summaries, coding, or TPA packs
- Experience measuring operational KPIs in hospitals
